Mr. Pankaj Panchal is the Founder and Director of CORPS (Corrosion Protection Specialist Pvt. Ltd.). He has more than 25 years of experience in the field of cathodic protection and corrosion control systems, and he is the technical and business leader of Corrosion Control Industries.
Professional Experience
Mr. Panchal has led the successful execution of hundreds of mega projects in corrosion control industries throughout India and the Middle East. He has extensive experience in managing corrosion and cathodic protection systems, project management, site survey, design, engineering, materials specifications, installations, testing, commissioning, and post-commissioning surveys.
Key Projects and Innovations
Some of Mr. Panchal’s key achievements include:
- Designed more than 4,500 single and multiple well casings while working in Saudi Arabia and UAE.
- Designed over 6,000 KM of cross-country pipelines across multiple pipeline corridors in India and Saudi Arabia, with AC/DC interference mitigation work combined.
- Invented the concept of multiple well casing protection (3 to 15 casings) with a single power source in 2002, developed in collaboration with Saudi Aramco’s Consulting Service Department.
